Anyone ever have this happen to you with a sub?

Had a sub pop yesterday that put a frown on my face.

Two cards were not graded, and on the sub results it says "NO SPEC INFO" "NO GRADE".

What's weird is card #1 if from a set in which I've submitted over 20 of in the past and have had no problems. Card #2 has been graded nine other times by PSA.

I spoke with customer service and the woman said that PSA is no longer grading them, and wouldn't explain why.

Anyone have a similar experience?

There are a lot of cards they used to grade and now don't, and they usually don't say why. I have a 72 topps test clemente, twice psa told me they would grade it and twice they didn't grade it.

It's in a beckett holder now.

They used to grade perma-graphics cards, then they didn't, now they do again.

I think what you have to do is talk to someone at psa who knows CARDS and get an answer in writing before you submit something weird. Getting one of the phone service reps isn't always good enough. If it's still unclear, email joe and ask for a clarification. Everybody says he's real easy to talk to and helpful

  • The Autographs Game one is what stumps me the most. Of all the major stars graded, I've submitted all of them. I have another 20 card non-sport submission still at PSA with 13 more in it. It'll be funny to see if they grade. I'll be hopefully hearing from a few of my previously used customer service contacts to figure out why they're refusing to make money by not grading them.

    Take care,
