The Royals are the hometown team for Kansas and a lot of Missouri, so it looks about right.

Collecting PSA graded Steve Young, Marcus Allen, Bret Saberhagen and 1980s Topps Cards. Raw: Tony Gonzalez (low #'d cards, and especially 1/1's) and Steve Young.
cool wall mural!, where was this taken?-it does kinda remind you of a risk game ,youd think with california only having 5 teams out there that their space would be a little bit bigger than their state is! randy
I think the Twins encroach to about Eau Claire in Wisconsin. I've rarely if ever met a Wisconsin fan that roots for the Vikes, but almost every one of them is a Twins fan of some sort.

I'd think there'd be more than a few Braves & Cubs fans in those unicorporated spots due to WGN & TBS.
In looking at my area of the world, I have to disagree with the area the painter has given to the Athletics. I don't think it's even close - the Giants are clearly more popular in central California than the A's. I'm wondering how the Giants go so far up the Pacific coast, too. Does KNBR reach all the way up into central Oregon?

I live 18 miles south of DC and there seems to be lukewarm interest. Perhaps with the new ballpark . . .
