From what I know of these, they are rare and not many graded, though not sure an ASA 7 will get that kind of coin, would be better in a PSA holder.

ASA is/was Alan Hager's personal grading service, used largely to flog off his over-hyped junk. He has a sordid reputation in both the card and coin collecting fields. Google his name for details.
