Why does Ebay allow bogus Grading Co slabs

There is a 1837 Capped Bust Liberty Half Dollar EF-40 on Ebay graded and slabbed by SNSA. The slab looks like its a coinworld slab with white out over the logo. It even has serial #.

There are others slabs that look like coin world slabs also advertised as bust half 50c slabbed and cerified being listed, a lot of ms 64
ms 65 and even ms 66 by Numismatic Assurance Grading Corp. These have a bar code to boot and a parked godaddy website.

It just bugs me when I when I hit a link searching for a coin and get one of these that waste my time. The time I could be spending looking a coin I might be interested in bidding on.

The coin world slabs are fine, I would buy the blanks if I needed holders, but the labels???
