The only thing I can think of is the twit went on a major compulsive buying spree then realized he bit off more than he could chew then picked and chose what items he wanted that he could afford. *Link to his feedback*

wow,he really sucks- a whole month on ebay and hes gonna get the boot already,i think they should let you block people with less than 10 or something, thats where all my deadbeat bidders come from too,gets rather annoying!

Really?? 95% of the NPBs I have had have over 50 FB. Since I have been on Ebay I have filed on at least 6 Power Sellers for not paying and many more with over 1000 feedback.

I rarely have a user with less than 10 feedback take more than 2 or 3 days to pay. I have only had to file on 2 with less than 10 in the past year, and one was a Nigerian Scammer.

most of mine usually have 0, then they get to about -5 real quick, i dont know what they are thinking, just bored i guess,most of my store is military stuff too instead of cards,,i left a feedback about a maybe a guy died one time, and one his friends emailed thru the stupid ebay mail service a month or so later , and they guy was dead, man i felt bad!
just looked, hes got the boot now
