Paypal Shipping Label Question??

I had someone pay me for an off Ebay transaction. How can I print up a label for this transaction. I cannot find a create label button??

Click Print Shipping Label. You can print one without using Paypal postage at the bottom of the page by clicking print packing slip

Where do I find that button, under what tab, overview or history?? I am not seeing that button??

As soon as I log into my Paypal account, it take me to my recent activity page. On that page it shows who paid and there should be a button under the Action column "Print Shipping Label." Once you hit that and create your label, the Action will change to "Check Shipment." Is that the label that you wanted to print (shipping label with bar code) or just a packing slip?

On the overiview screen, next to the particular transaction you are looking at there is a blue text link "details", this takes you to the Transaction Details page, at the bottom of this page are 5 more blue text links, one of which is the print shipping label link. Hope this helps.

For some reason the create shipping label is not showing under the action column?? Is it because it was not an Ebay transaction??

Yeah I don't think the print shipping label shows up on non auction transactions, just click the details link next to where it should be.

just click on the paypal multi-order shipping on the left side and a new window will open. from there you can create an order and enter the shipping info. You can do this for any type of transaction , I use it all the time for anything that I need to mail including low dollar submissions that get sent to psa or non-ebay transactions when someone sends me a check.

When I go to the transactions details of this paticular one, the only link that comes up to to refund the seller or a return to log button.

I've had a few off-ebay transactions that I couldn't print up a USPS label on either. The links to do this just weren't there. I'm not sure if the buyer paid with a credit card or with a paypal balance. I never called paypal to inquire on how to do this either. Maybe I should've.

I just sent the item manually and add the paper delivery conf. form at the post office. Sorry I'm no help.

Heritage, thanks for the info, but like I just posted above these blue colored links simply do not show up on all paypal transactions, and I have no idea why unless it's related to the method of payment (paypal balance or c.ccard).

As PackCollector has pointed out, you can ship ANY package with the Paypal multi-order shipping, it's what I use most everytime as well...


here's the options once there:
*Import PayPal orders
Automatically import paid orders from PayPal complete with shipping address, item information, address status, and all other information required to ship packages in the United States.
*Import eBay orders not paid by PayPal
Automatically import non-PayPal orders from eBay that have been paid for with money orders, checks, credit or debit cards. All address and item information should be imported.
*Import from file
Import CSV (Comma Separated Values) or TSV (Tab Separated Values) files to print shipping labels for orders that require shipping withing the United States

Note: You can edit, add or remove information from each order after being imported into the tool.

*Create New Orders
You can also create new orders by entering your information manually. Once your order has been created, you can purchase and print shipping labels just as you can with imported orders. To create a new order manually, go to the File menu and click Create New Orders.
