The four-piece sets are out too, but not yet available in the U.S. Is that normal for these sets? I would have wanted to order one proof coin and one set, but I don't want to order them separately because the shipping is brutal.

I think that the proof version looks like it'll be nicer than the uncirculated version. The MS ver., with that brilliant finish, ended up being a b***h for scuffy cheeks. I'm betting that the proof versions will look nicer, although for $75, they sure as heck better.
