SSP Maundy coins ending 8/1/07

ajaanajaan Posts: 17,457 ✭✭✭✭✭
I apologize for this SSP but I can't let this eBay coin go for the current bid without pointing it out to the people here.

This 1902 Maundy 3p ANACS PF61 is currently going for 99c. I also have the 2d, and 4d coins ANACS ending tonight.

Thanks Roman. All three are from the same set and have fantastic colors.

A part of me is itching to put those under my new lens image
  • To, once again show my ignorance at grading...........

How the heck can that be a 61?.............looks a lot better to me

don't be surprised if it is. I've been saying for awhile that there are undergraded coins in new ANACS holders.
  • If I had the money I would grab that............no question about it!

I think all three of the Maundy coins would grade 63 or better at NGC or PCGS.

Very sharp! You have become, let's see, how shall I phrase this:

The other king of the forum,
    the power behind the Maundy.
    Chock-a block with unique sets
    but never acting haughty.image

    They're always full of colors,
    strike and rim superb.
Don's Maundy coins are never bad,
    "glittering" is the verb.

I don't know what "Chock-a block" means, but I like it! image
  • So if I bid on one of these will you give me free shipping? image Just kidding.
