    The E.PLU.RIB, Now ther should not be a dot on the olive branch I dont see it on the rest of the dimes I have.

    It appears to be a tiny die chip.
    A mint error, but a very minor one.

    Are you looking above E PLU RIB or in between on the stem? I see something above (where it branches) that looks like it may be a die chip, but what is in between is perfectly round, like a circle. The only thing I've seen like it is a centering dot. But this isn't in the center of the reverse. image
