Doing the final filter for my first ever sub and I'm thinking ahead a little bit. Forgive me if this question has been asked a hundred thousand times before.
When you are giving PSA the "declared value", are you actually guessing the grade of your card and then checking SMR for the price of cards in that grade?!? That seems strange to me. Can you receive a grade higher than your estimate?
What if you are a patient person and you don't need the cards back right away? On later subs, can I just undervalue everything and take the slower service and save some money?
