Would you pay this much for a net graded ANACS PR 60 trade $

Seems high to me despite his claim to DCAM status.

    yea, that went for a lot.

    Maybe, since the rim damage isn't too obvious, people are hoping they could send it to PCGS or NGC and get a straight grade and flip it for a profit. Who knows...

    Corrected Link. It sold for $2469? I think you could buy a much nicer one for that money. Personally i would not pay 1/2 that amount for that coin. But with ebay you just never know. Bob

    I think that when ANACS gives detail grades on problem coins, they just give a base grade of 60 for any uncirculated coin. So, someone may be speculating that they can slip the rim damage by NGC or PCGS and get the coin to grade a few points higher.
