Whelp, I always wanted a low POP Coin, but a PR66 (POP is 3 - None Lower) ??

Shipping back from PCGS now. Photos when they arrive.

Any Wagers? Mint Error? Milk ?

    Well, I guess the flip side to PCGS' excellent grade guarantee is that they take into consideration the price of the coin when assigning a number.
