Stone Mountain value in VG ?????

Hello All...
Was out of town today to work a small job in a little town 75 miles away....on the way out of town I saw a small jewelry/coin shop...so I stopped for a quick look.
Nice lady behind the counter said her husband had a doctor's appointment and she was "watching the shop"...and unless things were priced...she could not quote me...so I looked around and was going to leave when I spotted a nice grubby Stone Mountain...it was in a 2x2 and marked VG.....no price...
I don't know the lowball end of the commemorative market.....and I will be back in that town next week for a job followup...so I will pop back in that shop........what is a fair price for the in VG..??...I may use it as a pocket peice.
