Anyone Ever Heard of Braile Baseball Cards Being Produced?

Thought this was interesting. Not sure if it was some odd OPC release or self-punched, though. Any insight? Anyone ever seen this sort of thing on cards before?

Not baseball but football. Action Packed made braile cards in 1992.

There were some of those opc braille cards over the last couple months, and I think Lee is right, somebody did that to them. He had some that were done wrong and torn.

Unless you need the braille I would consider them damaged and almost worthless.
