HElp me Identify this coin.

I recently found this coin in among a large mixture my family has accumulated over the years, it bears on the obverse what appears to be a basketball, and the dates 1390 and 1970, on the reverse it bears the number 10, my dad thinks its a 10 fils coin from the UAE ( Trucial States at the time), but I'm not sure, if anywone has anymore info, I'd live to know.

Your coin is from Egypt, a 10 piastres commemorating the Cairo International Industrial Fair, KM#421.1. Made of cupronickel, CV $1 in EF.

The "basketball" is the fair logo, described on NumisMaster as "Ship within cogwheel".
