Wow! I wonder if the receiver kinda felt this was going to happen
hence having the video camera ready? Other than that, good video.

Scammers really do not understand how crazy some people are out there. This is no joke a few years ago this guy who reguarly sets up at this flea market bought a watermelon from another seller at the flea market for $3. He comes back the next week and tells the seller the watermelon was no good and he wanted another watermelon or his $3 back. The seller told him that he did not grow the watermelons so he could not gurantee anything about how the watermelon tasted and he would not give him a refund. So the buyer was sorry that he felt that way so he pulled out a pistol and shot him in the chest. The guy lived and the guy that shot him did a few months time. There are some people out there that do not mess around when someone tries to find them in the alpes.

Actually, in that first video (about the $1200 card) .... I think the two kids might be recreating the opening of that package?

Because it sure looks like the tamper proof postal tape (on top of the priority mailer) has been peeled off and put back. You can see it twice .... once at the very beginning of the video, and then again when he flips the envelope over.

I also noticed that the inside bubble mailer sure opens a lot easier than the ones I seem to get in the mail.

Watch how quickly the guy rips open the package (on a supposedly $1200 card) ... and then tosses everything aside without a second glance.

As a matter of fact, the guy recording the video actually says "surprise!" about 1 second before they can see what card is in there.

I don't know about you guys, but when I'm opening a $1000 plus raw card ... it goes a little slower (and a little more careful) than that.

The last thing I noticed was that the top loader has a tape seal on it. That doesn't really mean anything, and I couldn't tell if the tape was broken ... but if you're going to go to the trouble to put a top loader, 2 fake cards, and a hand written description in there ... wouldn't something be in the top loader?

So in closing, ladies and gentlemen of the jury ;-) .... I submit to you that based upon the evidence listed above ... something don't smell right!

I loved every minute of it. I'm not a fan of Judge shows but I sure do like Judge Judy now.

You know, after going thru a bunch of the Youtube paypal scams, I have just
changed all my settings to just Personal Checks and Money orders. I have been
thinking about it for the last 2 months with the Postal Changes as well. I think the
biggest factor was the elimination of the "Global Priority" small envelopes for $4.50
with tracking. Now it's $9.00 for Global Internation with NO f-ing tracking....how stupid.
So I was taking chances sending off to Canada with no tracking, which is going to stop.
Oh well....back to the old days......I don't care if it cuts into my sales.....it's easier on the mind.

I was looking at paypalsucks.net and some other anti paypal sites and there are some new companies that will process your credit card sales for less than paypal. Just have to get enough buyers to pony up with it. It apparently does not make you provide confirmation and stuff, no so much a tool for scammers as it looks like a good alternative for sellers gettin drilled daily by paypal.
Paypalwarning.comCheck out the service site that they link to and see if you guys think it is legit. I was considering switching but thought I would post here first and get group feedback. What do you guys think?
