quick submission advice

Have only submitted twice ,

Just got an email from psa and it said grades are ready to be viewed and order has been shipped , When I put the submission order in it says your order has been shipped 07/27/2007 but won't give me the grades. Dows this happen often thanks .. The first submission showed me the grades and shipped date but this one shows this :

If you typed in the submission number and your zip code in the little boxes, it should work. Just make sure you are typing in the right numbers and in the right place.
