Demand for mid-80's Donruss & Topps Tallboys?

I've got a few of these... mostly Donruss Action All-Stars from 83-86 and some Topps '84 & '85 5X7's (same pic as regular issue cards, just bigger).
Was wondering if it's worthwhile to get some of the top players graded, like Ryan, Brett, Sandberg, to name a few. I would probably only submit if I was pretty certain of a 9 or 10. I know there is probably demand for 10's in pretty much anything from this time period, but don't really want to take the chance if a 9 or 8 will not be sellable.
Anyway, just wondering what experiences anyone has had with these.
