George Brett autographed record breaker card

I won a mixed lot on Ebay the other day and without knowing, one of the cards was a 1977 Brett record breaker card that has his signature on it. The card would probably grade about a 4 -5 with soft corners. How much might this be worth? Is it worth getting authenticated? Not exactly the same as the guy who recently found the Ruth signature in an old scorecard/magazine that he bought!!!

Post a picture and bet we can tell if it's legit.
So basically my kid won't be able to go to college, but at least I'll have a set where the three most expensive cards are of a player I despise ~ CDsNuts
