Cello's and racks from BBXchange

Just wondering if the boxes of racks and cellos that Steve sells (listed from full cases) are truly "unsearched" until they arrive to the customer. Not talking about resealing, but going through the boxes, pulling the packs with RCs and HOF'ers showing, and replacing those packs to make a full box. Anyone ever get packs with RCs or HOF'ers on top/bottom from Steve?

one thing to keep in mind if you are planning to hit a goldmine with a rack box full of stars. the probability of having a particular card showing from a 70's 24 ct box is 7% . the odds of getting a box full of stars is very low. ebay would make you think otherwise since there are so many but keep in mind that the star packs were usually saved when the rest was opened over the last 20-25 years. that is why it is pretty easy to to find star packs
