Help with world coins...

Hello all,

Please review the pics below and advise if these are worth anything. The Gambia coin is beautiful with slight toning, same for the India coin.

Thanks!

Kevin

Gambia 8 shillings 1970: KM 7, can't tell if that's the sterling silver proof or cupronickel Unc version. Would cupronickel tarnish like that? Anyway, The Unc is $10, Proof $30.

India 10 rupees 1969: Yes, actually issued in 1969-1970 for the centenary of Gandhi's birth. KM 185, 0.800 fine silver, $6 in Unc.

Jamaica 5 shillings 1966: KM 40, cupronickel, $5 in Unc.

Bermuda 50¢ 1970: KM 19, cupronickel, normal circulation design. $1.50 in Unc.

I know somebody that collects oddly-numbered denominations. An eight-shilling piece with a hippo on it? How cool is that? Plus, you don't see Gambia too often.

    Nice moderns, there.
