That one is an R10 and would cost a couple grand to acquire.
There is a new book out on the PEI Ships tokens authored by Greg Ingram and Branko Marelic (also did Bust & Harp and Tiffin tokens). The book was released at this years CNA. Some new discoveries were made. There is a photo of Lees 13 in it. I tried to scan it but it came out too blurry to show the markers.
Do you have a photo of the token you're trying to ID?

Hi Bill
Nice pix. This piece is Lees 10. The balls at top of masts are balloon shaped and many of the guy lines are incomplete.
On Lees 13 these lines are complete. The main marker is the guy line shown in the above photo actually misses the middle yard arm and connects directly to the flag (near the center).
This is an R6 ($35) instead of an R10 ($3000) in VF condition. Note: there are two subvarieties for this piece - one with the mainmast top ball detached (Charlton PE10-10B, Lees 10a) the other has the balls recut and attached appearing like they are in a saddle (not listed by Lees or Charlton). These are R9 and R8 respectively.
