How Does PSA Justify This?

My June special submission was logged on 7/2 with no grades yet. But I see others logged well after are receiving theirs. How does PSA spin this?

    ive got one box out 25 out of 300 cards i sent in the 1st week of june,my 1st was a box of 25 sent ,then i did 100/100/and 75 the same week lol i guess they are probably covered up in cardsavers lol, wish they would send em back with your cards!! how many did you send?i dont forsee me getting anything back till august ,or maybe late july,i wait up every nite waiting for my grades to pop, just the 25 so far,275 to go!i figured for 5.00 each id send every a-rod/jeter/and bonds card i could find, and a ton of autographed cards

    Depends on what June special you used. $5 special- expect about a 2 month wait. You may wait as long as 3 weeks for a $13/5day special.

    Here is the status of the two submissions I sent in early June. These were sent in the same package and were both submitted under the $5 special.

    The first one that popped so quickly were all the same issue (75 Minis). The second one was a bunch of different cards for a player set. So the lesson I learned was that if you want your cards back quickly, make it as easy as possible for the graders. That's good for set collectors, bad for player collectors.

    you kidding me , July 2nd? I had a guaranteed 45 day order from 5/15 , pop yesterday , one today and one that is now late. I have another from 6/5 that I don't even consider checking.

    That doesn't sound right. How many cards in each order?

    because they do not guarantee tunarounds on $5 specials.

    And because they do not use a FIFO methodology.

    Some other grading companies (one I can think of in particular) will absolutely not send anything out until the guaranteed date, so even if it is graded in a day, if it is a 30-day service, it sits there for another 29 days.
    I am actively buying MIKE SCHMIDT gem mint baseball cards. Also looking for any 19th century cabinets of Philadephia Nationals. Please PM with additional details.

    Agreed there. Unless Kimo submitted under the $13/5 day special? Otherwise, this thead is ridiculous.

    Hey jimq112, got you by 2 days on april special 80 + cards can't even remember what they are at this point. oh yea forgot sent in a june special 200+. was thinking about sending in a july? hope the grades are worth the wait.
