Question about 2003 Fleer Pepsi

I'm a Subway Franchisee and have about 15-20 packs of these that were never handed out in my store back in 03. Looks like there are maybe 3-4 complete sets. Does anyone know if these were handed out only in Subways, or other restaurants/businesses as well. Do they hold any value? Beckett online shows about $40 when I entered all the cards individually, but all but 4 or 5 cards are listed as N/A. Any info appreciated. Thanks

I do not know anything about them, but they are quite cool. I love odd ball cards like that. You selling them?
