Are these considered cards or stickers and what would they be worth ?

I guess since they are uncut they would be considered stickers, though PSA does grade those from the pack versions, but will not grade ones that are cut after market from a sheet. Hope that helps.

I have the Ali photo, I'm taking it to Metrolina this weekend and have a few autograph folks look at it in person

That is an uncut sheet of Wacky Packages. I bought and resold about 50 of those a few years back. They are quite common for whatever reason (probably a warehouse find or somthing), but display nicely. They were worth about $15-$25 back then and I can't imagine a lot's changed. I kept a framed one for myself.
