Topps Test Issue Wrapper,, in hand,, anybody know what it is ?

Hi everyone

I just received this Topps Wrapper in the mail, its from a test issue that Topps released in 19??

From my end, its the first time i`ve seen this wrapper for sale.

And trust me, the cards that came out of this pack (3 cards per pack) are very seldom seen up for sale (ebay included)

I know what it is,,,, do you ??

I'll take a stab at it and say it's a 1969 Topps 4-On-1 Mini Stickers wrapper.

I believe it's a Topps Mini-Stickers pack. I believe they costed 5 cents and you got 12 Mini-stickers and one stick of bubble gum. Glad I could help.

'69 Mini, got a pack at the national last summer. It was $400.
other than that pack, this is the first wrapper I've seen- they aren't that common. Nice pickup Lee!

I picked one up last year for 42 from sandy andy on ebay. I saw one other one that went for a similar price about 6 months ago. they don't come up that much but for some reason the 2 I saw went cheap. not like some of the other test wrappers

I paid about what Griffins paid for a pack. Neat set. Rose, Yastremski and Mays are the expensive ones
