I got my Paypal complaint closed in my favor but by now surprise his account is empty. I only lost $20 to this crook but I don't want anyone else to get hosed. He has not posted here in over a month but be on the lookout if need be.

    So basically my kid won't be able to go to college, but at least I'll have a set where the three most expensive cards are of a player I despise ~ CDsNuts

    add him to the list... with stevenjackson39. we should keep a running list of these deadbeats.
    i got the same result in my paypal complaint but i got .10 back on my $400.00

    doesn't paypal cover these transactions now up to $500 or something even if the buyer has cleaned out his account ?

    Not that I will disclose this on this forum but I have a home address for him. It is only a few miles from his listed on Yahoo so I am guessing he just moved down the road.

    usually it's 2k on ebay transactions. these deals were probably done outside of ebay where paypal doesn't really offer much/if any protection. i guess credit cards weren't used as they probably would have went that route if they were.
