question about receiving "authentic" grades

I am preparing a submission and would like any "altered" cards returned encapsulated as "authentic". Any idea how to do this? I just picked up a small lot of SGC graded cards ( i know I know) and a few were graded authentic. I usually pay for encapsualtion and the cards come back in the top loader evidtrim. How can I make sure they are encapsulated with writing "YO if this is trimmed put it in plastic" I am almost certain it is NOT something they just "do"

I sent in some Emmitt auto cards that were re-colored on the corners and edges. I just put a note in there saying that I wanted them authenticated and slabbed with no grade.

They came back marked as authentic and no qualifier was listed.

This one was "did not meet minimum size"

hmm, I just didn't want to raise a red flag. I am not sure they are trimmed and I am afriad if I put "please grade as authentic " they will ALL come back that way

I've just put a note on the side of the invoice "if ungradeable please holder as authentic" and it's worked fine every time.
