"Mechanical error" question

Just got a batch of cards from a dealer, two of which I need to send back to PSA. On one, the wrong card is listed on the flip; on the other, the card is back-to-front in the holder.

Reading the FAQ, it seems that PSA will correct these errors free under their “Mechanical Error” service. But my question is: do PSA also pay the cost of shipping the cards back to me?

Anyone had first-hand experience of this service?

Thanks,
Jonathan

You will have to pay for shipping them there, but they will pay for the shipping back to you.

Many thanks for your help. I had an idea that that might be the situation, but I needed to be sure.

ADDITIONALLY----- If you ask and sometimes re-ask, they will send you a grading voucher to cover the front-end shipping expensesimage
