Question on FREE grades for 75%

I recently emailed for my free grades after 75% for my basic, master, team and player sets. I did it all at once so I would be able to submit a total of 26 cards at one time. Well today I received my forms in the mail for the free grades and they are on four different sub forms with four return shipping cost. WTF???? Is this right??? I can edit a form and send 100+ cards at once on my dime, but when they are free it is on 4 forms for 26 cards??? Someone who has used their free grades please weigh in.

TIA
Dave

You can email Cosetta or BJ and they should be able to fix that for you. I got my freebies all put on one form. Problem is, you have to make sure you have all the cards covered before you send it in, or you forfeit. Since your's is player collector specific, I'm guessing you won't have that problem.

I did the same thing as Envoy- Cosetta gave me the choice of individual grades or all together. I opted for the latter, knowing that if I don't have a few of the cards I forfeit the free grades. It's better than individual, where the cost of shipping is often the same price as 2-3 grades.

Always looking for Topps Salesman Samples, pre '51 unopened packs, E90-2, E91a, N690 Kalamazoo Bats, and T204 Square Frame Ramly's

I am lost on the forfeit of grades??
    My free grades are:
    1 Rod Carew basic
    1 Hank Aaron basic
    5 1957 basic
    5 1957 master
16 different team sets for the 1957 team sets

I waited until I had everything covered to submit for the grades, which took some sets to 85% and higher trying to piece the others to 75%
