Upper Deck Electric Diamond cards....How many?

Any idea on the per card print run for Electric Diamond parellel cards? More specifically from the 1994 set?

No idea, but I don't think they were hard to come by. I have a raw Arod RC if you're interested.

  • Seems like they were one per pack so probaly pretty high Print Runs.

  • You would have to know how many cases UD put out of that product. I would guess between 5000 and 10000 of each card would be a safe estimate.

I do not think UD will ever release those numbers. I also imagine it is closer to the 10,000 if not over. Remember around this time is when numbering first started to happen. Most cards that were numbered at around 2000 were only 1 per a box, and most companies did not produce as much as UD. Maybe, around 25,000 of each.

I will note that gem mint examples, do seem hard to find. At least they are on the football end.

My original guess was somwhere in the 10 to 15 thousand area, i guess even that was to low. Thats a ton of cards......

But still, those Electric Diamond sets (especially 1994) are quite beautiful and much more collectible/limited edition than the standard issue UD sets.
