Buy every MLB team before Bonds hits 756*, release him from SF, and never allow him back.
So basically my kid won't be able to go to college, but at least I'll have a set where the three most expensive cards are of a player I despise ~ CDsNuts
All the Pogs I could find. Then I would build the world first Pog museum, and then work at getting Pogs the respect they deserve. When National Pog Day is a reality and I would buy out PSA and change the company around so that it only grades Pogs. Which is fine because it will take a lot of work to grade my million or two pogs.

Collecting PSA graded Steve Young, Marcus Allen, Bret Saberhagen and 1980s Topps Cards. Raw: Tony Gonzalez (low #'d cards, and especially 1/1's) and Steve Young.

You really think you can close a sale on every team within the next 3-4 weeks? You must have one heck of an agent. >>
That much money could move mountains
Think of it this way, the Yankees are worth $1.2B Even super-duper-quadruping-to-the-nth would be considered pocket change.
It could happen

collecting RAW Topps baseball cards 1952 Highs to 1972. looking for collector grade (somewhere between psa 4-7 condition). let me know what you have, I'll take it, I want to finish sets, I must have something you can use for trade.
looking for Topps 71-72 hi's-62-53-54-55-59, I have these sets started
I believe those are only $1.25 (plus another 25 cents if you want sprinkles).
It's the large blizzards that are in the neighborhood of sixteen bajillion dollars. In a cruel twist of fate, I happen to enjoy large blizzards immensely more than I enjoy small ice cream cones.
Did you ever go to Cold Stone Creamery? That there's some good eatin let me tell ya.

I would buy the Orioles and Houston Astros, make a ridiculous offer to get Glenn Davis out of retirement and back on the Orioles roster, make more ridiculous offers to get Pete Harnisch out of retirement and and join the Astros along with trading for Steve Finley and Curt Schilling, then I would send Davis to the Astros for Schilling, Finley and Harnisch, thereby undoing the worst trade in the history of all sports.
Speaking of undoing Astros trades, is it too late to undo the Taylor Buchholz, Jason Hirsch and Willy Taveras for Jason Jennings deal? Jennings has been hurt half the year and has won only 1 game. Lost another one today!
I called the Rockies to ask them the same question. Hurdle told me "no", but congratulated me on the profit that I was making from the shipping charges. He pointed out a good example of what happens to a business when they don't make a profit. He used the Montreal Expos, I mean Washington Nationals, as a good example! When you fail to make a profit, you won't be there long!
