Any experience with Donruss Redemptions?

I have two autograph redemption cards from the new 2007 Donruss Elite football release.

I was wondering if anyone has dealt with them recently and can tell me:

1. In your experience, do they ship back the cards in a timely manner?

2. Do they "usually" ship what you are redeeming, or is it like my only experience with Upper Deck where they send replacements instead because they can't send what they promised on the redemption card?

and my "main" question:

3. Is it going to confuse anyone at Donruss if I send both redemptions in the same envelope? Or would it just be safer to send them in seperate envelopes?

Thanks for any insight into what I should expect.image I'm very new at dealing with modern redemption cards.
I collect Vintage Cards, Commemorative Sets, and way too many vintage and modern player collections in Baseball (180 players), Football (175 players), and Basketball (87 players). Also have a Dallas Cowboy team collection.

  • This may be some help and may not. The only experience I had with Donruss redemptions was for the original artwork redemptions in I believe 2001.

They charged 19.95 per artwork for postage and wouldnt combine shipping because they claimed that each artwork was sent in an individual packing box. I sent in groups of 5 at a time and they still mailed everything in one box.

They dont mind the sending them in in one envelope, but if you need to include return postage for the cards they will want you to include the proper postage for each card.

You will get your redemption and expect 3-4 weeks for your cards to come back.

Other than the postage gouging, I have had no problems with Donruss/Playoff redemptions

Not to hijack, but this reminds me, I have had a Topps Auto redemption from the 06 rookes set out for about 4 months now. Does anyone have any tips on how much longer I will be waiting?

I had a good experience with Donruss a few years ago. I sent in a damaged Marshall McDougall autograph card. They called and said they did not have one to replace it with but sent me a Yogi Berra autograph!
    Collect Ozzie Guillen Cards
    Unique Chicago Cards
    Wrestling Cards
