Where is the best place to purchase these? If you have a slabbed SAE will it prevent Milk Spotting?

    Let's see if this link works. I don't know about them preventing milk-spotting. I live in a city next to the ocean and I just keep my coins in a IS mint box, not the double-protection boxes, and they've been fine, ...so far.
