Does this look legit? Or leave it alone? EBAY

Do the two actions up here look good? I am thinking about bidding, does anyone see any red flags or issues?

Less than 50+ feedback, private listing, and PP coverage only up to $200.
<< <i>when did paypal start this $200 only coverage and what are the criteria for dropping it from $2000? >>
I hate it when that happens, especially when they know it will go over $200 no problem.
edited: i should wait till the auction is over

It's based on feedback score.

Care to edumacate me, please?
seller's eBay feedback rating is at least 50;
At least 98% of the seller's eBay feedback is positive;
The seller has a Verified Premier or Verified Business Account in good standing;
The listing was on an eligible eBay site (eBay.com and certain other eBay sites self identified as such)
PayPal is listed as an acceptable payment method; and
The seller is a PayPal User from one of the following countries:

Agreed! And run fast!
Red flags:
Has only 1 feedback as a seller. The other feedback is as a buyer.
Prior purchases do not indicate where he has ever bought any older cards. Therefore, where did he get them?
And like already stated - Private Auction and PayPal coverage issues.
Sounds like the old build up your feedback, sell expensive items & keep buyer's money scam. I could be wrong. Afterall, we all started with zero feedback at some point, but I personally would stay away. You might want to talk to him and see if you could pick up the items if you are the winning bidder. You can usually get a better idea as to the legitimacy by his response.
See, you learn something new every day
In the thousands of words in his listing those 7 stood out.
Even if the guy is legit (which I doubt) do you really want to send this guy thousands of dollars and then stress yourself until (if they) arrive.
Then once they do arrive and you find that they are fake?
People should realise that any Tom, Dick or Harry can sell on ebay, but are thse people worthy of my hard earned dough? NOPE.

Sounds "crazy" doesn't it, but you're right - it most times if not always turns out to be true.
stay away!!!
I'll bid...lol.

Don't you think that if all those T206 HOF cards were legit that they would be graded?
That auction has the most red flags that I have ever seen.
I'm glad you are passing or the next thread you would have been making was about how to get your dough back from this thief.
