People want to return cards from ebay because they feel like it?? opinions

So i have been selling tons of stuff that last month or so. Everything has gone smoothly except for 2 transactions.

1 guy wants to return a card because he thought it was a 10. The title and picture clearly show its a 9. Not to mention this card doesnt even exist in a 10.

Another guy doesnt even contact me and just sends me the card back saying he thought it was a 10. Again, clearly states its a 9 and its a pop1 9 at that.

I clearly state in my auctions that I do not except returns on graded cards unless the card is misrepresented.

I guess I have 2 negs coming...

Jokers like that you need to just give in to them and block them. Sorry, but there is always somebody who has buyers remorse.

I just sold this DDR RAM for a Dell desktop to a bidder with all of 1 feedback.

A couple of days later, I get this message:

Plus it has a picture that blows up to 8 inches wide along with the detailed specs. The picture is so clear you can read the serial numbers on the module.

I'm too weary to fight: I just told her to ship it back and I'll credit her no questions asked.
