question about ngc dmps

i know pcgs says 6 inches whats ngcs standards on this because i have seen a few that seem more like pl

    NGC will occasionally allow a coin that has minor die polish, yet deep mirrors grade DPL. I think there is more of a look difference in the DPL vs. DMPL between the companies.

    Also, it is fairly widely known that the much older NGC coins were very loosely graded in the Deep Mirror Prooflike area, and keep in mind that anyone can reholder a coin. If it were as simple as just passing on the older slabs, that would be too easy. ...

    Hey Ash...I bought an 1880-S Morgan from you back on August 1, 2006 that you graded MS64 PL/DMPL. I sent it in to NGC and it came back MS65PL. Just thought you might be interested. image
