I did a 7 mile highway walk this morning and the first coin that I found was a 1901 IHC. It had a few road scrapes but not to bad for the road. I don't find many detecting so this was a first for me for an eyeball find.
I also found an additional 69 cents in change along with my usual aluminum cans.

Hey PPC, that's amazing you would find an IH on the side of the road. I'd love to know how it got there!

I found a five dollar bill on my last walk in the middle of nowhere. I too wonder how stuff like this happens, hey it's an incentive to exercise.
