Ebay Sellers Is it just me or is there more NPBers ?

Is it just me or are others having this problem? I have had more non paying bidders or really slow paying bidders in the last 2 months than the previous 12 months? Just curious image

  • Okay, maybe it's not just me... I always felt that from Memorial Day weekend thru the middle of Sept. more buyers than usual were slow getting payments out. However, payment for all the items I've sold so far this summer have been received....unlike the 4 or 5 NPBers I had during late winter/early spring.

Probably punk kids, sitting around at home all summer with nothing to do but mess with Ebay auctions when they're not out throwing rocks at cars or cutting random peoples' garden hoses with their dad's pruning sheers.

  • Maybe it's good I havent sold anything in a month to avoid these bozos image

I do feel that you have to be vigilant in your auctions, blocking all bidders with negative feedback and making sure that zero feedback bidders are legit. It's saved me many headaches.

I sold a perfect motorcycle with 600 miles and had a npb from 80 miles away, it went cheap so not a big deal if I keep it. With cards no NPB so far but plenty of stupid offers. Probably just kids off on summer break bidding to feel important and wealthy.

NPB on vehicles is a tough one, you're out $40 or more in listing fees plus the $ you were expecting, and people always assume 2nd chance offers are bogus
