Aug. 18, 1961 Life Magazine

I have a August 18, 1961 Life magazine with Mantle and Maris on the cove with Babe Ruth in the background. They are chasing Ruth's record of 60 homeruns that year. I was able to get Mantle's autograph on it some years ago but Maris passed away before getting his. I have it framed in a room I call my "Wall of Fame" room, along with ALL of my baseball collection including over 40,000 baseball cards. Is this magazine worth selling or should I just keep it ?
