Okay. I watched Field of Dreams for the billionth time tonight. I didn't realize that Archie "Moonlight" Graham was a real player. Just thought it was cool.

That was the interesting thing I found about Moonlight's bio. He died in 1965 but the setting was something like 1973 when they found him. The Godfather was on the billboard. I wonder why they didn't make the setting the early 1960s?

Moonlight Graham played on the 1905 Giants with Frank Bowerman.
Bowerman is a central character in my new book, "The Marinolli Treasure", because his card appears right next to Honus Wagner's on the T206 strip that was auctioned recently and was originally part of Wagner's estate.
I just found it funny that I had no idea who Bowerman was when I was researching my book... but I knew who his 1905 teammate was in spite of the teammate only playing in ONE major league game!!
