Okay, I will admit that this is a PSA forum. BUT, someone has given me a gift subscription to Beckett and it includes 4 free grades that I'm going to go through with. So far on my list is:

1989 Fleer Griffey Jr. Rookie
2007 Derek Jeter Err card
1987 Topps Bonds
1989 Fleer Billy Ripken Err or Randy Johnson Err?

What would you all suggest?

Pick something that they offer the "game used added" and have them create a rare card for you, if you're looking to sell.

Check the pop report and pick something there aren't already 400 of.

most 9.5s and 10s of star players sell for good money

I wouldn't use a grade on the Jeter error because they'll probably grade alot of them thus the grade will not really effect the value. Just my opinion. I would grade the Johnson and Ripken along with the other two.

I wouldn't do that. My one time experience with BVG was not a good one. It seemed like they undergraded almost everything I submitted by atleast 1/2 a point. Maybe you're saying to submit cards that have more ungraded value? But I wouldn't send in a decent vintage card to Beckett. I say PSA or SGC for vintage.

Beckett WILL NOT grade the FF error.

Why you ask? Probally to keep their image clean. They will slab most others.
