A suggestion for PSA

Here's a suggestion for PSA. When somebody signs up for the collector's club, how about giving them a choice of free gift. If somebody doesn't want the tote they're now offering, why not let them take a free book or perhaps a 7th free card grading instead. If I were to renew my membership, I'd be more interested in taking the Cardboard Gems book they offered previously instead of the tote if I had the choice.

The same goes for PCGS. When I signed up, they gave me their book on coin grading and counterfeit detection. I explained to them that I already had that book and asked if I had any other choices. They said no, and I now have 2 of that book.

It's better to give your customers options.

I hear you. I was going to signup until I saw the tote gift. My grandmother was killed by a pallet of totes falling on her. True Lie I swear.

Get rid of the annual fee all together. I don't want/need "free" subs at that level, nor a crummy book or tote bag. Also, I have no use for the SMR in print or online. Just let me submit cards!
