card value question?

I know you guys mainly deal in vintage but does anyone know what kind of value to put on a 2001 Quantum Leaf Marino/Rice/Emmitt Smith triple auto. The card is numbered 13/25(Marinos number).Any help is appreciated.By the way I'm new here.My main collecting focus is on a run of Topps baseball sets that currently runs from 1970 to 2007.The 1960's sets are my next focus.
Thanks
Michael

    Hi Michael,

I wish I could help you a value for the auto. I just wanted to welcome you to the boards and let you know that I have found quite a bit of helpful info on here, so hopefully you will also.

I have been reading posts here for a while but I haven't been able to log in until 2 days ago.If the guy that was looking for the 2007 topps Pujols is still looking, then email me.
    Thanks

A Marino/Elway went unsold for $550. Not sure how the values of a triple auto compare to a double auto, but that at least gives you a range to look for.

So basically my kid won't be able to go to college, but at least I'll have a set where the three most expensive cards are of a player I despise ~ CDsNuts

    Welcome!

There's a guy over at the Beckett boards who said last month that he still regrets not buying the same card for $800. If you're looking to sell, he might be the guy to start with.

  • Thanks everyone for the welcome.Sorry I didn't get back to this sooner but I just got back from my monthly trip to Cooperstown. The same overpriced stuff as usual but I still can't get enough of the place. So much history and so much stuff to see.If you have never been.It is certainly worth the trip.I did pick up a David Wright signed All-Star Game ball for $95.One of the few decent deals in the town.
