What Happens If PSA Mislabels a Card?

finally got my march special grades...psa labeled 1 of the cards wrong...what should've been a 2002 bowman chrome draft REFRACTOR (as marked on my sub) was labeled as 2002 Bowman Chrome Draft. will psa fix their mistake for free? how do i go about getting it fixed?

Send it back and mark "mechanical" on the sub. They should fix it for free.....

thanks...can i combo this error issue w/my next sub or should it be an entirely different sub? i just don't want to end up on psa's problem shelf.

the mechincal errors need to be a different sub. always remember, subs must have the same serive level on each one.
