I'm back to working on the technique a bit. One thing that I've found is that real light is far superior to aftificial lighting setups.... give me some feedback about the coins if you like.... or the pictures. I'll post different coins under different posts as a not-so-subtle way to bump my thread

I believe I like very much the 1799 dollar and 1921-D dime, while the others I do not know that I can interpret well enough to make a decision.

That's what I've tried to do - show the coin as it actually looks. The coins may not look bright enough here... but I like 'em dark
