The scan doesn't show the chocoalte brown gloss on the surface.
Care to guess by scan pics? Rim breaks not dents on the reverse.

I'm hopeless with copper, but I'll guess ms63/64 BR.

Nice overall...the splotches and the nick in the left obverse field, as well as the nick on the neck will effect the grade. Color on the reverse is a little funky, especially around STATES. But I can't really see any evidence of wear...IMHO, 60 to 62 Brown.

I have to go with 62 or less.

    Nice, but not attractive.

Looks like a low end UNC coin to me, but the spot at the TES in STATES on the reverse concerns me. I still like the coin overall

    I'd think 63 BN

It has ? on the upper reverse below the rim break but I'm assuming it won't kill the grade image

I'd say it would probably slab around 62BN or so.

    AU 58 -- this is a N10 (Newcomb 10) best known
for the two rim breaks over TE and FA.

A lot of "rub" so should be AU55ish, maybe a 58?

Not sure how bad the corrosion on the rev is, could BB because of it but likely that would slide thru but with a slight "net" loss.
