Bought 4 "Unopened" 1965 SMS sets from a guy....

wasn't expecting much but the Kennedys seem to be a lot nicer than the normal Kennedy's I have been receiving in other sets. The devices are nice but the fields are a little dull although they do have some luster to them.
Would make some nice album pieces. Still they are better examples from a tough year to even find them in this condition. These pictures were shot using just regular lighting. Nothing special was used.

The light cameo pieces are very underrated.
<< <i>I doubt these will go cameo but they are very nice.

I was thinking the same thing. It's just not all there for them to be that but they seem to be above average for this year.
I knew it would happen.
<< <i>To crack or not to crack, that is the question.
That question never enters my mind..........hell yes......crack 'em out!

How about sending them to PCGS like that ?
Maybe you can get the "first strike" label
I know from his diligent effort how much he cares about moderns.
<< <i>Hell ya! I'll post the pics soon. >>
Please do!
That box would not have lasted 5 minutes in my house....

Do you submit ?
If so, do you know if "bulk" submission have to be 100 coins of the same denomination or could a guy get bulk rate for 100 SMS coins

I haven't submitted yet but some of the other big submitters here would probably know that answer. Russ would probably know more about that or maybe MadMarty.
I've asked PCGS and yes they all have to be the same year and type for bulk rates.
My daughter was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes at the age of 2 (2003). My son was diagnosed with Type 1 when he was 17 on December 31, 2009. We were stunned that another child of ours had been diagnosed. Please, if you don't have a favorite charity, consider giving to the JDRF (Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation)

cellophane turns a brownish yellowish color from age and it is sort of hard to really tell what they look like until you cut them out. Of course the pros could probably tell immediately but not me. I get scissor happy sometimes.
Yes, they are straight out of the box, i'm still looking.
Edited to add: Oh man....nicer one coming...pink AND blue. will take a pic.
They're very scarce though.

<< <i>Very nice coins. When ya going to dip em?
Today. A little better but not quite there.
