Maybe a dumb question, but are there a lot less dealers there during the summer months?
  • Parsippany??? image ...what on earth is a Parsippany??? ...and what's it gonna show, anyway??

Re: Slabbed coins - There are some coins that LIVE within clear plastic and wear their labels with pride... while there are others that HIDE behind scratched plastic and are simply dragged along by a label. Then there are those coins that simply hang out, naked and free image
  • Wasn't NGC in Parsippany once upon a time?
I'd keep playing. I don't think the heavy stuff will be coming down for quite a while!

    I'll probably drop by.

It'll be interesting to see how many of the regular dealers came back from Baltimore early to set up at Parsippany and what they brought back with them!

Sorry to say that we will not be there this month since we are still at Baltimore.... however a few moments ago I saw Joe (the show promoter and heck of a nice guy) and he tells me that he is bringing back some real nice new purchases....so make sure you stop bye the show if you have the chance!

I will have a table there as usual in the front, smaller room and will be wearing a orange shirt with an S on it. Stop by and say hello. I am also looking for consignments to fill my cases.

    Thanks

If anyone runs across a circulated Maryland halve at the show let me know who the dealer is.

How is the currency selection at these shows?

There are at least 5-6 currency dealers, some with very high end stuff, and some with tons of it!
