Help with new monthly special

The new monthly special is "Tall-boys" What years are included, I know 1964-65 Topps hockey,1969-70 Topps Basketball,1970-71 Topps Basketball and 1965 Topps Basketball. Anything else qualify?

I believe the Exhibit Baseball postcards qualify as tall boys too.

1981 Topps Scratch-offs qualify, I believe.

1965 topps football would qualify also.

Anybody have any idea about if the east hills pirates cards would qualify? They're just a little too big for the regular holders but smaller than postcards.


Also, does PSA grade goal line art football postcards?
